Pilgrim heart who traded the forests of the French Alps for the streets of Berlin, Flavie was born in the early ’90s to a lineage of music and honey -- a whistling mother, a singing grandmother and a beekeeper grandfather with a tune for every instrument -- music was her first language.

Raised on her parents’ collection, Pink Floyd, Enya, and The Fugees were her early companions.

But the mountains couldn’t hold her. She wandered the world, searching in different lifestyles a way through life and feelings, while music emerged as necessity... singing, a way to release, to transform, to heal.

Now mostly in Berlin, Flavie builds songs like small altars: sometimes raw and bare, sometimes layered through live looping with guitar lines, vocal harmonies, breath and rhythm. Her voice -- tender, piercing, a little wild -- wraps longing and hope into enchanting melodies.

Her lyrics slip softly under your skin and land warm within, serenading the exquisite mess of love.

These are songs to feel with your entirety -- eyes closed, guard down, heart wide open.
On sunny days, you might find her by a canal bridge, singing where her music feels most free, most at home.
